In the Netherlands, the investors’ association for sustainable development, the VBDO (Vereniging van Beleggers voor Duurzame Ontwikkeling), is an expert on different themes in the field of sustainable development.

It is therefore quite natural that Vigeo, strengthened by its historical presence in the Benelux region, has chosen to join the VBDO in support of its SRI (socially responsible investment) promotional campaign on the Dutch market where awareness of the challenges involved has been growing remarkably for several years.

Nicole Notat, CEO of Vigeo, said: "We are delighted to be able to be working closer with the VBDO, an association we have actually known for a long time. This affiliation will allow to us better comprehend everyone’s expectations, to add our expertise to the local specificities and thus to work together towards developing and furthering SRI throughout Europe".

Giuseppe van der Helm, Director of VBDO, added: "It is with great pleasure that we welcome Vigeo as a member of our association. Vigeo is one of the leading European suppliers of ESG research. As a member, Vigeo will support our efforts towards a sustainable financial market".
